Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us! As a small business, we strive to offer the best products and services to our valued customers. Due to our limited size and resources, we are currently unable to offer refunds. However, we want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@argentinastore.com.au.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your first exchange, postage is FREE of charge there after will be at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care products, sale items, crystals and live sale purchases.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to request an exchange.

  1. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the 14-day window and email us at cedarandspruceshop@gmail.com

    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to our store.

    • We will cover the cost of the return postage for the first return.

  2. Online Credit: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you an online credit. This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and has a 2 year expiration date.

  3. Eligibility:

    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for exchange.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount may be subject to additional terms.
